Location:

Just off the main A259 Littlehampton to Worthing road almost opposite Asda on the southern edge of the South Downs National Park. On the 700 bus route.

By road:

35 minutes from the bottom end of the M23;
50 minutes from junction 9, M25;
25 minutes from the junction of the A23 / A27 at Brighton
25 minutes from the junction of the A3(M) / A27 / M27 at Havant / Cosham
1 hr 10 minutes from the junction of the M25 / M26
1 hr 25 minutes from the Dartford Crossing
1 hr 40 minutes from the M4 / A34 junction Chieveley (Newbury)

By rail:

2 miles from both Angmering and Goring-by-Sea (South Coast line) main line railway stations with direct (usually) no-change services to and from London Victoria, East Croydon, Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Chichester, Havant, Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton.

Seven flash heads;
Four continuous lighting heads (two need to be pre-booked);
Seven soft boxes;

Lastolite Hilite 7 'x 6' with black velvet bottle-top;
Barn doors;
Reflectors;
Gels.

The surroundings:

Straight out into the beautiful Sussex countryside with plenty of seclusion;

The extras:

Free:

Charity group shoot - different charity each year (definitely a Sunday), some time in the early Summer - attendees will also be offered the 15% hire discount for three months after the day.

Chargeable:

Model days two or three times a month of which at least one will be a weekend;
Camera hire for those who forget to bring one - my spare Canon 350D;
Tuition services.

The down side:

It's aimed at the budget end of the market; so some flash heads are not instant re-fire, and expect functionality rather than luxury.

Hire rates (see below for discounts):

Casual users weekday daytime:

£17.50 per hour evenings;
£15.50 per hour daytimes;
£69.50 per full evening = £15.45 per hour
£60.50 per half day = £15.12 per hour;
£119.50 per full day = £14.88 per hour;
£169.50 per 14 hours full day with the evening = £12.10 per hour

(20% premium for weekends, 40% premium for Bank Holidays and overnight hours)

Regular users:

£14.50 per hour if you pre-purchase 10 hours - £145;
£12.50 per hour if you pre-purchase 20 hours - £250;
£9.90 per hour if you pre-purchase 30 hours - £297;

15% discount for regular users attending charity shoot days (except on the 30-hour pre-book rate which is already a discount of 36% on standard rate) and on model days.

Extras:

If you are photographing a motor cycle or machinery on the infinity curve an extra one hour is charged for cleaning and repainting tyre-mark affected areas.

Model days:

Models' fees will include studio hire.

Hire fees - cancellations and no-show policy:

Payment must be made in advance via credit or debit card, BACS or Paypal, and can only be refunded for no-show in the event of bereavement, accident on route or personal or serious family illness; (proof required). Cancellations for other reasons must be made at least 24 hours in advance by telephone with email confirmation, and cancellations less than seven days before the booking will be subject to a 10% retention unless the booking slot is re-booked - applies to both studio hire and model days.
£9.90 ph (platinum package) to £15.50 ph (casual use under half a day)
